A single point of contact is assigned from the start of the relationship. Exchanges take place directly — by phone, video conference or in person — according to the partner’s preference. For each client introduced, a status update is established at every key step: entry into the relationship, validation of the investment profile, transition to management, then quarterly reporting.

Each partner has a dedicated, named point of contact from the moment they join the Ambassador programme. There is no rotation, no call centre, no intermediary platform. The contact knows the context of each file introduced by the partner.

The partner receives a dedicated quarterly report covering the progress of each introduced file and commissions paid. Asset allocation details and portfolio performance remain confidential between Belisama and the client, unless the latter explicitly agrees otherwise.

Yes. We regularly operate alongside an existing manager, particularly when the client wishes to diversify their mandates or compare approaches. We never demand exclusivity. The prescriber remains free to direct their client to several managers simultaneously.
