No retrocessions, no placement commissions, no distribution agreement with a fund issuer. Compensation comes solely from the client, in the form of agreed and transparent management fees. This model eliminates the structural conflict at the root. For the prescriber, this changes everything: recommending Belisama means recommending a manager whose interests are mechanically aligned with those of the client. The relationship between the prescriber and their client is never strained by a question about fees or about the neutrality of the advice. The Ambassador programme

The Ambassador programme is not a referral programme. It is a framework structuring the relationship between Belisama and the professionals who place their trust in it. One does not enter because one has asked, one enters because the quality of the relationship justifies it.

The programme has three levels — Silver, Gold and Platinum — reflecting the depth and duration of mutual commitment. Each level opens different access: progressive commissioning indexed to the duration of the relationship, a quarterly payment cycle, dedicated reporting on ongoing files, and events reserved for circle members. Progression from one level to the next is not automatic; it is decided case by case, on the basis of qualitative as well as quantitative criteria.

Compensation is designed to reward consistency, not volume. A partner who introduces three well-qualified families over two years progresses faster than an introducer who passes on ten contacts without follow-up. The detailed conditions — scales, progression thresholds, benefits per level — are communicated during the qualification interview, not on the website.

Each partner has a single point of contact at Belisama. No platform, no ticket, no queue. A dedicated quarterly report covers the progress of ongoing files and commissions paid.

In accordance with regulations, the client is informed of the existence and amount of the commission paid to the prescriber. However, the partner relationship itself — its history, its scope, the other introductions — remains strictly confidential. The prescriber is never put in competition with another introducer on the same client.
